This role focuses on improving the Corporate HSSEQ Management System documentation while ensuring consistent application across projects. You will provide guidance to project teams, oversee compliance, and enhance processes for quality assurance. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to promote effective implementation and address any gaps observed in documentation or practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve HSSEQ Management System documentation

• Guide project managers on HSSEQ requirements application

• Review sector-level documentation for gaps and recommend improvements

• Monitor operational feedback and audit findings

• Collaborate with teams to address implementation issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum five years in HSSE or Quality management

• Strong understanding of HSSEQ assurance principles

• Experience developing HSSEQ programs and tools

• Bilingual in French and English required
