This role seeks a skilled Inspector with experience in marine surveys, oil sampling, and cargo inspections. You will gauge temperatures, calculate transferred quantities, and ensure compliance with quality standards. With opportunities for advancement across four competency levels, this position emphasizes safety and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform marine surveys and inspections of ships and cargoes
• Carry out oil inspections on tankers and shore tanks
• Gauge and record tank temperatures accurately
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
• Collaborate effectively with client and ship personnel
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Effective communication skills in English
• Willingness to work variable hours and on-call
