In this full-time, permanent position, you will tackle the challenges associated with product safety, customer satisfaction, and production workflow. By facilitating team meetings and supporting Quality Assurance initiatives, you will play a key role in driving quality improvements. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate NOE and QSR meetings for customers
• Support quality management processes within the team
• Assess risks related to production and safety
• Analyze NOE and QSR performance metrics
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on quality issues
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards
• Effective analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Leadership experience in managing teams
• Familiarity with the aerospace manufacturing environment
• Proficient in both French and English for negotiations
