Lead microbiology quality initiatives at Cosmetica Laboratories as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. Ensure compliance with GMP standards while managing microbial testing and lab operations in Scarborough, ON.

As a full-time Quality Assurance Supervisor in Microbiology at Cosmetica, you will oversee laboratory operations and ensure rigorous microbial testing of raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods. Your leadership will promote GMP compliance and microbiology awareness across the organization, ultimately influencing product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee microbiology lab operations and compliance with standards

• Manage microbial testing documentation control and review

• Lead environmental monitoring and sanitation programs

• Investigate OOS and OOT results; initiate CAPAs

• Prepare and approve quality incident reports and planned deviations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field

• Hands-on experience in QA/QC microbiology

• Training in GMP and relevant regulations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
