Quality Assurance Inspector for Composites

Location: Montreal

Drive quality standards and ensure compliance as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd. This role prioritizes detailed composite inspections and innovative problem-solving.

In this professional capacity, you will utilize your extensive experience in composite manufacturing to ensure every assembly meets stringent specifications. You will also manage inspections, lead corrective action processes, and maintain effective communication with both internal teams and regulatory bodies. Your expertise will help uphold the quality and integrity of every product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough visual inspections for compliance

• Record nonconformities and establish quarantines

• Create and manage detailed inspection plans

• Participate in training and maintain certification standards

• Document inspection processes for accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in composite inspections

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficient in technical report writing and blueprint analysis
