Join the team as a French Maps Personalization Reviewer to elevate the quality of map-based experiences. This role requires a strong focus on detail and quality assurance standards.
You will be responsible for reviewing compliance aspects and the logical correctness of rater responses. Your background in quality audits will guide the assessment of ratings and identification of guideline gaps. Proficiency in user experiences related to maps and personalization concepts is critical for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review rater worksheets for proper formatting
• Verify alignment and correctness of ratings
• Assess completeness and accuracy of evaluations
• Confirm compliance of evidence with project standards
• Provide cohesive feedback and flag issues for action
Requirements:
• Must be situated in Canada with work authorization
• Active Gmail account required
• Proven QA review experience in content evaluation
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
