Quality Assurance Inspector in Manufacturing

Make a difference in quality assurance within the medical device sector as a Quality Assurance Inspector. Play a crucial role in maintaining compliance and inspection standards.

This pivotal role involves inspecting incoming materials and conducting final inspections of medical devices. Reporting to the Senior Manager Quality, the QA Inspector ensures smooth operations while adhering to ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards. You will also support design teams in upholding quality standards and executing effective inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough incoming inspections on received materials

• Determine correct sample sizes for quality checks

• Execute inspections and testing in a cleanroom environment

• Conduct dimensional measurements and functional tests

• Document inspection outcomes and manage product segregation

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience is necessary

• Two years of experience in a related field required

• Knowledge of inspection standards and quality systems

• Ability to solve problems independently

• Strong organizational skills for documentation
