Highspring is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join a Digital Channels Quality team supporting web, mobile, API, and backend application delivery. This role is embedded within Agile teams and extends well beyond traditional QA execution.

We are looking for a proactive consultant who can influence quality from the earliest stages of the software development lifecycle through a Shift-Left approach. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, architects, and delivery leaders while helping drive continuous improvement across quality practices and delivery processes.

• Analyze business requirements and define testing strategies early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Design, execute, and continuously improve manual and automated testing approaches.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites.
• Participate in API, web, mobile, backend, security, and performance testing activities.
• Build and manage test data required for validation activities.
• Monitor defects, production incidents, and customer-reported issues while supporting timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers using Shift-Left testing practices.
• Contribute to solution design discussions from a quality assurance perspective.
• Promote quality engineering best practices across Agile teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and the overall software development lifecycle.
• Maintain source-controlled testing assets and automation code using Git.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the evolution of quality practices across teams.

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and challenge established approaches constructively.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and modern software delivery practices.

• Experience designing and executing both manual and automated testing strategies.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as:
• Cypress
• Postman
• REST Assured
• Appium
• Detox
• Strong experience in:
• API Testing
• Web Testing
• Solid understanding of:
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• CI/CD practices
• Experience with Dev Ops and engineering tools including Git, Git Hub, Docker, and Datadog.
