Lead quality assurance initiatives for a critical trading application as a Quality Assurance Manager. Specialize in execution, automation, and communication while enhancing testing processes and strategies.

This role focuses on the Orchestrade application, optimizing interactions between cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include executing test campaigns, improving reporting, and designing automation tools to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. Your ability to communicate effectively is key in facilitating collaboration between diverse teams and users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and monitor various testing campaigns

• Enhance overnight batch process non-regression

• Improve test report processing efficiency

• Drive continuous improvement in testing protocols

• Maintain a comprehensive test repository utilizing Azure

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of vanilla and exotic rate products

• Strong QA knowledge and testing tool familiarity

• Experience in trading applications is crucial

• Fluent in English, with French as an asset

• Must be open to a 12-month renewable contract
