Join our team as a Sample Inspection Technician, expertly managing client samples with accurate data entry in Maxx Lims. Ensure efficient operations while delivering exceptional client service at our facility.

This full-time position focuses on receiving and processing client samples promptly. You will manage sample entry using the Maxx Lims system, prioritize based on urgency, and maintain high communication standards. Working with a dedicated customer service team, you'll help optimize operations and uphold our quality assurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter samples into Maxx Lims swiftly and accurately

• Communicate sample requirements to project managers and clients

• Prioritize samples based on time sensitivity

• Send confirmations to clients after sample entry

• Collaborate with the customer service team for streamlined processes

Requirements:

• DES or equivalent certification required

• Previous laboratory experience preferred

• Strong computer skills for efficient data entry

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Must handle physical tasks like lifting up to 50lbs
