Become a key player at Shah Trading as a Quality Control Technician in Montreal. Your focus will be on food safety, product inspections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

In this vital position, you will be responsible for executing inspections and testing to ensure the highest food safety standards are met. You will need a solid background in QA strategies and hands-on experience in food manufacturing. Collaborate with teams across Production, Sanitation, and Shipping to uphold excellent quality throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sanitation and production-line inspections

• Monitor compliance of packaging and labeling processes

• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality

• Manage sample collection for laboratory testing

• Support team efforts in achieving quality goals

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science or Microbiology preferred

• Minimum one year in a quality assurance role

• Valid HACCP certification required

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and French

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
