How You’ll Spend Your Days:

• Leading and supporting the development testing team as they validate features and build effective test plans.
• Regularly connecting with the QA team to review progress, provide feedback, address challenges, identify risks, and keep quality on track.
• Diving deep into the overall game vision and producing documentation to ensure alignment across all testing efforts.
• Driving the QA roadmap by planning schedules, organizing tasks, and setting clear milestones for the team.

What You

Offer:

• A solid understanding of the French language.
• You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Bring six or more years of experience leading teams in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field, with project management as a strong asset.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Test Rail, and Unreal Engine, along with a solid understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• A strong foundation in testing principles, methodologies, and basic programming to drive quality outcomes.
