Shape the future of aerospace quality management at Leesta, a part of Pursuit Aerospace. This Quality Manager position focuses on compliance and enhancing customer satisfaction through robust quality frameworks.

The role involves implementing and overseeing the AS9100 Quality Management System while leading a diverse team of quality professionals. You will facilitate audits and compliance checks, manage nonconformance, and partner cross-functionally to resolve quality issues. With your expertise, you will contribute to maintaining high standards in quality assurance and control while promoting a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site-wide AS9100 compliance and quality initiatives

• Conduct audits and manage quality evaluations

• Oversee root cause investigations and corrective actions

• Collaborate with Operations to boost manufacturing quality

• Report quality performance metrics to leadership

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields

• Over 7 years of quality management experience

• Leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing

• Knowledge of quality systems and audits

• Fluent in both English and French
