Position: Hands-On QA Engineer for Bounce

Become a critical part of Bounce as a hands-on QA Engineer, assuring the integrity of Canada’s leading payment app. This role focuses on meticulous manual testing across multiple platforms.

At Bounce, you will own the quality assurance process, transforming requirements into clear test cases that lead to flawless releases. Your testing will encompass iOS and Android mobile apps alongside web interfaces, with a focus on identifying complex issues that might affect transactions. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, your role will help maintain high user satisfaction through rigorous testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft acceptance criteria and detailed test plans from product specs

• Execute functional, exploratory, and regression tests thoroughly

• Maintain vigilance over crucial transaction pathways via regression checks

• Document findings and ensure quality is ingrained in the team culture

• Communicate bugs effectively to facilitate immediate fixes

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in QA or related testing roles

• Proven engineering mindset with attention to detail

• Strong communicative ability for cross-functional discussions

• Familiar with test management software and API testing

• Authorized to work in Canada
