Are you looking to contribute to large-scale projects while supporting field teams in achieving the highest quality standards? We are seeking a Quality Coordinator / Quality Manager who will play a key role in the management and implementation of quality requirements across our projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the quality-related activities of one or more projects to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
What you will do- Prepare, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan.
- Manage and verify the compliance of technical documents and quality deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain all quality documentation required for the project.
- Analyze non-conformities and recommend appropriate corrective solutions.
- Track corrective actions through to their complete resolution.
- Participate in site meetings and support construction teams and subcontractors.
- Communicate quality requirements to all project stakeholders.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to teams to promote quality best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on construction standards, methods, and quality-related practices.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Analyze project risks, quality issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality requirements applicable to the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction codes, standards, specifications, and work methods.
- Experience in document management, compliance verification, and non-conformance management.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and verify work compliance against contractual and technical requirements.
- Proven ability to identify, document, and communicate quality deviations observed in the field.
- Knowledge of inspection and acceptance processes for materials, equipment, and critical construction activities.
- Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, procedures, and technical documentation to ensure deliverable compliance.
- Experience preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection reports, quality dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
