Join Bray Controls Canada Ltd. as a Quality Control Inspector and ensure product excellence in industrial manufacturing. Leverage your expertise in quality assessments to uphold rigorous standards and compliance.
Bray Controls is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector with four or more years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Your role will focus on inspecting incoming materials, parts, and finished products, validating compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications. Utilize your technical judgment, precision measuring skills, and knowledge of quality standards to support our commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections on parts and finished products for compliance
• Review Material Test Reports against standards
• Prepare quality documentation as per customer requirements
• Create and analyze Non-Conformance Reports
• Investigate failures and propose corrective actions
Requirements:
• Minimum four years quality control experience in manufacturing
• Proficient with precision measuring tools
• Familiarity with PMI standards is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 standards
