As a seasoned Quality & Process Lead, you will guide quality strategies, implement essential tooling, and enforce coding standards across multiple engineering teams tnering with Engineering Managers, you will institute test automation and track quality metrics that align with our commitment to excellence. Your collaborative approach will integrate quality check points throughout development cycles, ensuring quality and speed go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement quality strategies across all teams

• Maintain tooling like Sonar Qube and CI quality gates

• Enforce code review standards and guidelines

• Enhance test automation capabilities across teams

• Track and report quality metrics for leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software quality engineering or QA leadership

• Hands-on experience with code quality tools
