Elevate Strathmore’s landscape quality standards as a Quality Control Manager. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality playbook and ensure high execution standards across all fields.
Strathmore is seeking a Quality Control Manager with at least three years of experience in landscaping or a related field. In this hands-on role, you'll manage quality audits, develop training materials, and assist field teams in maintaining optimal standards. You will also analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions to enhance overall service consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Strathmore Landscape & Horticulture Quality Playbook
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits
• Coach field teams on quality expectations and execution
• Build and manage the Quality Audit Checklist
• Create visual field standards and reference guides
Requirements:
• 3+ years in commercial landscaping or Bachelor's in Horticulture
• Strong knowledge of plants and pest control
• Experience in quality control and field leadership
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
