Purpose of the position
We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Rental Coordinator. Are you an expert in sales? Proactive, with innovative sales-marketing ideas? We have the opportunity waiting for you!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property managerRespond to current customers on pricing and lease termsFollow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rentalPerform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approvalIssue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessaryRespond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)Follow up on move-ins and move-outsEnsure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and cleanPerform all administrative tasks requested by the building managerProvide rental reports or other report requested by the building managerInput the necessary data at given time in HopemRespond to customer service requestsReceive potential customersProvide a high level of customer servicePerform other related dutiesSupport the general manager in his dutiesThe ideal person has :
Leadership, creativity, organized and ability to work under pressureBe action and result orientedMaster interpersonal communication and have a customer service attitudeBusiness savvyRequired qualifications :
Minimum experience in a sales or rental position in the real estate fieldHigh availability, evenings and weekendsGood knowledge of the Montreal market and surrounding regionBilingualism is an assetWhat will you be offered :
