We are looking to have a bilingual (French/English) Transaction Manager join our team! This position requires an active Real Estate License in Quebec.
SUMMARY
The Transaction Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for assigned portfolio of properties in accordance to the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement.
At this position level:
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing all relationships including client, landlord and broker. Acts as primary interface for all transactions matters Researching and recommending real estate properties that align with the client’s real estate strategy and needs Performing market research to understand real estate market trends Conducting due diligence reviews Marketing surplus properties for disposal Conducting property tours Conducting related analysis and preparing reports Executing renewal and disposition activities according to critical dates, and ensuring that disposition-related recoveries and targets are achieved Conducting all related negotiations Coordinating and/or undertaking the preparation of all related documentations and information including but not limited to market information packages, offers to lease, letters of intent, etc.
Reviewing and negotiating related documentations such as offers to lease, renewal agreements, letters of intent, etc. Ensuring accurate and complete maintenance of all lease transactions documentations
