Purpose of the position

Our Haleco real estate complex in Montreal is looking for a general manager to manage its 327-door building. You are said to be a team player who likes to take on challenges, this position is ideal for you!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Manage rent collection and deposits according to established standards

Create and implement a plan of action to improve the apartment rental process

Plan tenant arrivals and departures and see to the optimal execution of these activities while ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants

Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality

Ensure information is disseminated throughout the complex

Optimize human resources in support of operational and financial efficiency objectives

Responsible for marketing the property to maintain full occupency

Provide a high level of customer service

Ensure optimal management of your building

Coordinate the work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams

Supervise outsie contractors working in the building

Work to ensure that the teams skills and knowledge is updated and maintained

Required qualifications :

Bilingualism both oral and written

Good communication

A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
