Shape the future of Canadian retail as a Bilingual Senior Analyst in Real Estate at Loblaw Companies Limited. Join a dynamic team overseeing Quebec and Atlantic real estate portfolios.
As part of Loblaw's Real Estate team, you'll manage and negotiate leases for over 150 properties, engaging with national retailers, landlords, and developers. Your expertise in real estate, coupled with strong communication skills in both French and English, will be essential in resolving tenant issues and optimizing our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and execute leasing mandates for Quebec and Atlantic
• Develop relationships with landlords, retailers, and investors
• Negotiate sale agreements, leases, and renewals
• Communicate effectively with operators and internal teams
• Travel across Eastern network to assess market potential
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in real estate
• University degree in Real Estate or related field
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of retail market trends
