Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and entitlement processes in various jurisdictions

• Create detailed project schedules and manage internal roles

• Monitor project securities and compliance with legal agreements

• Conduct stakeholder engagement during public consultations

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in development

• Bilingual - French and English

• Knowledge of planning and real estate regulations

• Proven record with project management and budgets

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
