Research Assistant

Position: Research Assistant 2
Location: Montreal
* Strong academic background in ecology, environmental science, geography, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree completed or equivalent).
* Proficiency in at least one of the following:
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), environmental modeling, or ecological data analysis.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills in both English and French.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including academic, governmental, and industrial partners.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize scientific information.
* Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in environmental science, ecology, geography, engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience conducting research in an academic, applied, or interdisciplinary context.
* Familiarity with biodiversity-related data, indicators, or assessment tools.
* Experience in interdisciplinary or applied research related to biodiversity, circular economy, or sustainability.
