** Requirements and Nature of Work:
*** Faire état d’une expérience avérée de collaboration avec des organismes communautaires de personnes noires ou œuvrant auprès des communautés noires ;
* Avoir contribué de manière significative à un projet de recherche en milieu communautaire, notamment en matière de planification, de collecte et de gestion des données ;
* Démontrer une maîtrise des méthodes de recherche documentaire, incluant la conception et la mise en œuvre de stratégies d’interrogation de bases de données ;
* Assurer le traitement, l’analyse et l’interprétation rigoureuse de données quantitatives et/ou qualitatives ;
* Témoigner d’une capacité à mobiliser et à engager les membres des communautés noires, par divers canaux de communication (incluant les médias sociaux), dans des activités de dialogue, en modes virtuel et présentiel, portant sur les maladies chroniques ;
* Coordonner avec le chercheur principal, les tâches des assistant.e.s de recherche;
* Participer activement à la rédaction, à la révision et à la préparation de rapports/ publications scientifiques ;
* Participer à organiser des séances de dialogue (modes virtuel et présentiel) entre des professionnel.le.s de la santé et des membres des communautés noires sur les maladies chroniques (ex. Diabète)
