  • Perform basic assay qualifications to ensure measured levels are accurate and reflect biologically relevant response
  • Perform basic QC and troubleshooting to ensure results are relevant and of highest quality
  • Responsible for generating high quality data, summarizing and documenting results for ELN and reports, and presenting concise results to Project Teams
  • Adapt rapidly and effectively as needed to ensure fit‑for‑purpose delivery of our established platform assays

  • Work in a team environment and independently toward timely execution of shared team deliverables
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in a scientific field and 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience
  • Experience with performing MSD, ELISA and/or other immunoassays
  • Experience developing and qualifying de novo immunoassays for measuring analytes in complex matrices
  • Practical experience with a broad range of in vitro biological assays, such as cell reporter cell lines, cell signaling, cytokine release, etc. assays
  • Experience and knowledge of mammalian cell culture and techniques
  • Outstanding experimental design, problem‑solving, and data analysis skills
  • Experience with automation, inventory systems, data analysis and informatics systems
  • Strong sense of urgency in delivering high quality and reproducible decision‑making data
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure operational excellence of daily laboratory needs
