Location: Montreal
Become a Research Scientist within Google's Technology & Society in Montreal or Toronto, focusing on innovative AI paradigms and advancements in Large Language Models.
We are searching for a highly qualified Research Scientist to advance AI research s role focuses on the exploration of alternative paradigms, including but not limited to advancements in Large Language Model techniques. You will engage in literature review, experimental design, and the interpretation of results while collaborating respectfully with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake fundamental research into new AI paradigms
• Design experiments inspired by ongoing literature reviews
• Collaborate effectively, respecting diverse viewpoints
• Publish findings and present at leading scientific conferences
• Effectively communicate ideas and research outcomes
Requirements:
• Doctorate in Computer Science or a comparable field
• Submission of at least one scientific publication
• Strong programming and analytical skills required
• Machine learning experience preferred
• Post-doctoral training and LLM specialization is beneficial
