This position requires a thorough understanding of local regulations and clinical trial compliance. You’ll be accountable for managing budgets, executing submissions, and ensuring all protocols meet quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in influencing timelines and managing vendor relationships for successful trial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise clinical trial submissions and approvals

• Manage clinical research payments and financial tracking

• Develop site budgets and negotiate CTRAs

• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and IRBs

• Train and mentor team members on best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical research

• Strong organizational skills with budget management experience

• Proficient in both French and English

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
