Vention, headquartered in Montreal, Detroit, and Munich, is seeking a Senior Research Scientist with expertise in robotics, machine learning, and reinforcement learning. You will research, prototype, and implement sophisticated algorithms for robotic systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges. Your work will help transform R&D breakthroughs into market-ready features.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advance manipulation capabilities using Learning from Demonstration
• Build scalable AI lifecycle infrastructure across the development pipeline
• Apply cutting-edge robotics research to practical implementations
• Uphold software engineering best practices in R&D
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software teams
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or PhD in Robotics or ML
