As a Research Coordinator I, you will support Dr. Krystal Kehoe Mac Leod’s team at the Centre for Care Access and Equity Research. The work addresses food insecurity, culturally relevant nutrition, health equity, and healthy aging. You will collaborate with investigators, community partners, and diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily research project activities with general supervision
Coordinate meetings, schedules, timelines, resources, and project logistics
Track expenses, budgets, projections, contracts, and requisitions
Organize field work to collect and analyze data
Support reports, publications, presentations, grants, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
University degree in health equity, public policy, or related discipline
Two or more years’ leadership or project coordination experience
Work or volunteer experience using qualitative research methods
Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Availability for hybrid Ottawa work and Canadian field travel
Bring qualitative research, project coordination, and writing skills to support equitable health research across Ottawa and partner communities.
