Job Description

Are you a strategist at heart, ready to drive sales and gross margin for a company in the technology and retail industry? We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Merchandise Planner to join our team! Reporting to the Merchandise Planning Manager, you will be the inventory pilot, responsible for creating and executing strong brand strategies that optimize growth. If you excel in analysis, strategic execution, and want to leave your mark in a stimulating environment, this role is for you!

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the full planning cycle for specific brands, from budget development to final order approval.

  • Design and propose innovative product assortment strategies in alignment with the company's overall strategy.

  • Work closely with the Buying team to ensure that every acquisition contributes to achieving sales targets.

  • Update the purchase control log on a weekly basis and communicate key results.

  • Conduct in-depth business analyses to maximize sales opportunities, both pre-season and in-season.

  • Draft and present regular analytical reports on sales, margin, and inventory status.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in merchandise planning.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Be available to come to the office twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

  • Experience in a fashion retail, luxury, retail, or e-commerce environment is a major asset.
