RCL Operations Coordinator - Temporary Position

You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Operations and play a vital role in supporting operational projects and facilitating cohesive communication across Canada. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be essential for the smooth execution of store openings and other corporate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coordination of national operational initiatives

• Foster communication between Head Office and stores

• Support store renovations and events

• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations

• Resolve issues affecting operational processes

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related discipline

• At least 1 year of operational experience

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to solve problems efficiently
