In this position, you will assist the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations and execute opening and closing procedures. The role involves developing talent through coaching and providing feedback, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You will be pivotal in promoting a collaborative work environment and maximizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support cash operations and execute store opening/closing tasks
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to team members
• Foster a positive and productive work culture
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Process payroll and manage employee schedules
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of retail experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and flexible scheduling
