Key Responsibilities:

• Work with store leaders to bring product strategy to life

• Manage inventory processing and back-of-house operations

• Ensure proper implementation of product actions

• Motivate and manage team performance during inventory

• Analyze business data to inform product decisions

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience in retail or inventory

• Skills in logistics and product management preferred

• Leadership qualities for mentoring the team

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Legal authorization to work in the location
