Journeys is seeking a passionate Store Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve sales goals. This role emphasizes recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team while ensuring excellent customer service. You will implement company policies and initiatives, conduct performance reviews, and manage loss prevention practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards
• Recruit and interview top talent for store positions
• Train and develop an effective sales team
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
• Manage daily operations and loss prevention efforts
Requirements:
• Prior retail management experience preferred
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including evenings
• Must be at least 18 years old
