As a Team Lead, you will leverage over 3 years of retail experience, especially in supervisory roles, to enhance customer engagement through effective coaching. Addressing customer concerns and supporting store operations will be crucial aspects of your job. You'll also get the chance to lead the onboarding of new team members and inspire a positive workplace environment focused on continuous development and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer issues
• Proactively support visual merchandising efforts
• Coach team members on product knowledge and engagement
• Act as a communication conduit for Store Management
• Supervise the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Supervisor experience of 1-2 years preferred
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Enthusiastic about beauty trends and customer loyalty
• Physical ability to stand and lift as needed
