Join Journeys in a pivotal role as a Sales Lead. Contribute to store operations, mentor team members, and strive to exceed sales expectations in a vibrant retail environment.
In this role, you will assist with achieving store and personal sales goals, while developing associates through coaching and training. You’ll also manage daily operations when management is unavailable, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your communication skills will be vital in addressing store needs and resolving customer concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed sales goals and ensure quality performance
• Train and develop successful sales associates
• Supervise day-to-day store operations effectively
• Provide accountability through enforcing company policies
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements:
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in your role
• Must be at least 18 years old
