Join Journeys as an Assistant Store Manager where youth culture and retail innovation collide. Shape the shopping experience through leadership and customer engagement.
In this role, you'll support the Store Manager and Manager In Training in achieving store goals while fostering team growth. Emphasizing creativity and self-expression, you will assist with recruiting, training, and motivating employees to ensure a high-performing sales team. Your resourcefulness will guide daily operations and maintain a strong focus on loss prevention and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve store and individual sales standards
• Facilitate hiring and training of new employees
• Coach employees on company policies and practices
• Manage store operations and loss prevention efforts
• Communicate effectively with management on store needs
Requirements:
• Experience in retail management preferred
• 6–12 months in retail sales required
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long times
• Must be at least 18 years old
