Role
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the store. You will lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets. You will also handle essential cash-reconciliation tasks and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

Lead by example with outstanding coaching and mentoring to drive customer service and sales targets.

Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.

Open and close the store on a rota basis.

Contribute to a culture that delivers authentic, personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.

Desirable: previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Pay Range
Anticipated Base Salary Range $19.40 to $24.30 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
