Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position emphasizes both customer service and organizational skills. You’ll be involved in moving products, organizing stock, and resolving customer queries, contributing to an enriching retail atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle moving and lifting of products safely

• Organize stock and attach price tags effectively

• Unload trailers while maintaining inventory standards

• Aid customers and staff in product inquiries

• Ensure cleanliness and order in the warehouse area

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift/move items up to 75 lbs

• Excellent skills in customer service and communication

• Ability to function independently and collaboratively

• Basic computer skills for operational tasks

• Flexibility to work various shifts, nights, and weekends
