About You Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a multi‑cultural retail environment
Experience in luxury, fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands
Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills
Digital proficiency
Strong personality that establishes trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
English skills
