Take charge of store management at Spirit Halloween’s seasonal store, focusing on guest service and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing sales performance and controlling store expenses.

As the Seasonal Store Manager, you will be accountable for the overall operation of the Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. This includes guest services, staffing, inventory management, and effective merchandising. You’ll collaborate with the independent operator while fulfilling the physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of store operations

• Ensure high-level guest service satisfaction

• Maintain inventory control and manage shrink

• Handle seasonal setup, pack-up, and teardown

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Relevant retail management experience required
