Full-time Harold Specialist in the Made-to-Measure department responsible for leading a designer brand, developing clientele and delivering exceptional luxury menswear service in-store at Rideau Centre. Role reports to the Store Leader and focuses on sales goal achievement, brand representation and staff development.
Responsibilities
Lead a designer brand/department and achieve sales targets
Deliver product knowledge training to Advisors and develop brand image
Conduct personal sales and holistic selling to build repeat clientele
Prepare for appointments by planning merchandise presentations and add-on opportunities
Communicate with buying and visual teams to represent product inventory and brand spirit
Participate in and coordinate Trunk Shows
Inspire exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through training
Develop others and lead team building to achieve financial goals
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably luxury or leadership
Experience in menswear departments including tailored clothing and made-to-measure preferred
Passion for creating exceptional customer service and driving repeat business
Willingness to participate in training and apply skills daily
Interest in technology to support retail customer service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous made-to-measure experience is an asset
