Requirements:
Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team
Customer-first mindset with a history of improving the in-store experience
Merchandising and operational knowledge relevant to deli or food service
Financial acumen to manage departmental budgets and sales goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and complete a criminal background check
