Join our team as a Sales Fashion Stylist and provide an exceptional customer experience. Utilize your listening skills to understand customer needs and achieve sales objectives.
In the Sales Fashion Stylist role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting product knowledge to increase complementary item sales. You’ll maintain the cleanliness of the store and work under company policies, with opportunities for both juniors and seniors based on weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delight customers with exceptional interactions
• Listen to and act on customer feedback
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets
• Share product knowledge to drive additional sales
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company guidelines
Requirements:
• No prior experience necessary
• Bilingualism considered a plus
• Senior stylist: over 30 hours per week
• Junior stylist: under 30 hours per week
• Follow company policies to support customer service
