Become a Leader on Duty (LOD) as a Store Lead in Ottawa with The Childrens Place, where you will enhance customer loyalty and team performance. This role integrates leadership with operational management.

The Store Lead role encompasses cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and a focus on employee training and development. You will serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and team engagement while maintaining high store standards and achieving operational excellence.
