Proxi is seeking a Manager to oversee daily store operations. This role involves ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at checkout, handling administrative tasks, and managing personnel effectively. You'll also train and inspire your team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store operations and maintain cleanliness
• Create a welcoming checkout experience for customers
• Handle administrative and personnel management tasks
• Train and motivate team members to excel
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in retail management
• Previous experience as a retail assistant manager is preferred
• A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) is an asset
