This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Mirabel, QC. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including driving sales performance, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer service on the sales floor. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing team members, setting clear expectations, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The Store Manager monitors inventory levels, visual merchandising standards, and store presentation to align with brand guidelines.
The role also includes managing cash handling procedures, overseeing retail loss prevention practices, analyzing store metrics, and implementing action plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Store Management activities, including staff supervision, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of creating positive, welcoming in-store experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers, coaching team members, and collaborating with corporate partners.
- Solid understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures to protect company assets and minimize shrink.
- Previous retail management experience in fashion or a related industry preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accountability.
