In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to cultivate relationships will be vital in fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will also help maintain store presentation standards and actively engage in achieving sales goals while supporting your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored service to each customer
• Establish and nurture customer relationships
• Uphold visual merchandising and brand standards
• Assist in store operations and sales tasks
• Leverage fashion knowledge to inform customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma needed
• 6 months of retail sales experience is an advantage
• Strong passion for fashion
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills
• Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
