Your role focuses on providing an exceptional shopping experience and engaging with guests daily.

As a Senior Brand Ambassador for AEO, you will be the face of our brand. Your responsibilities include using the AEO Selling Model to help guests find their ideal products, educating them about details, and promoting loyalty programs. Flexibility is key, as you will assist in various areas such as Sales floor and Cash & Wrap while maintaining high standards and resolving concerns proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate guests on product details and suggestions

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program

• Support in Sales floor and Fitting Room as needed

• Resolve guest concerns adhering to company policy

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Retail experience preferred

• Energetic and multi-tasking capabilities

• Availability during evenings and weekends

• Passion for AE and Aerie products
